Bugrahan began her professional career in international mobility and consular services, serving as a Schengen Visa Adviser at the Honorary Consulate of the Dutch Embassy in Almaty, Kazakhstan. She later held senior commercial roles at Kärcher Kazakhstan, progressing from Key Account Manager to Deputy Head of the Home & Garden Department.
She subsequently transitioned into international education and immigration advisory, working at Near East University in international recruitment and regional representation roles across CIS and South East Asia markets.
In 2019, she joined Activate Learning as International Business Development Coordinator (Agents and Student Visa Adviser – UKVI Compliance), where she advised on UK student visa processes and institutional compliance with UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) requirements.
