She subsequently joined Sobati Customs in a strategic planning capacity, before transitioning to UNITI by Babak Vosoughi, where she held dual roles as Strategic Marketing Analyst and Service Designer between 2018 and 2019.

During this same period, Nejat contributed to the University of Tehran’s Science and Technology Park as Designer and Marketing Planner for POLEZ, an early-stage startup, demonstrating her commitment to entrepreneurial ecosystems.

Further roles at HOLDING GROUP SHANA as Creative Marketing Specialist and at Brand Factory as Business Strategist solidified her profile as a versatile strategic thinker capable of operating across sectors and organisational scales.

In her current capacity, Bahar Nejat works as a Brand Consultant at Nejat Immigration and a research visitor at INSEAD Sorbonne University in France one of the world’s leading institutions for business and management studies.
