Mohammad Amin Nejat is an OISC-accredited immigration lawyer and the founder of Nejat Immigration Ltd, an immigration law firm based in Birmingham, England. His academic and professional journey began in Iran and continued in the United Kingdom, where he pursued advanced studies at the University of Birmingham and graduated with distinction.

During his academic career, Mr. Nejat was supervised by Professor Peter J. N. Sinclair, former adviser to UK Prime Minister David Cameron. In 2019, he and his team won the University of Wolverhampton startup competition, securing support from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), which played a key role in the establishment of his entrepreneurial ventures.
